Policies

Third-Party Bookings
The Keon Hotel gladly accepts reservations from third-party online booking sites. The prices and policies on third-party booking sites may not match the prices and policies here on our webpage. If any questions come up, please let us know and we will do our very best to find reasonable solutions. We appreciate your understanding.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 3PM (or later).
Check-out time is 11AM (or earlier). Feel free to message us if you need a late check-out.
Our housekeeping work starts at 11AM but we can often accommodate your departure time.
Request later check-out time.

Deposits & Payments
A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Room Occupancy
Two guests permitted per King Room and four guests permitted per Double Queen Room. Feel free to message us if you want an extra person in a room and we will do our best to accommodate you, if possible, with extra pillows, bed linens, and/or a cot-style bed. But please understand that an extra person creates extra work for our housekeeping staff so we might also ask you to agree to an additional charge if/when we let you know how we are able to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

If your reservation was confirmed less than 7 days before your check-in date, and you cancel at any time prior to your check-in date, you will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If your reservation was confirmed more than 7 days before your check-in date, and you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance of your check-in date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook(s). If the room(s) rebook(s), you will be refunded any difference in the applicable prices, up to a maximum amount equal to the price in your original reservation, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation 7 days (or more) in advance of your check-in date, you will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Please understand that processing refunds takes some time (more time than processing payments, unfortunately).
